Hi, I’m Lara. I’m a Naturopath and Clinical Sexologist, and I support women navigating the hormonal, emotional, and relational shifts that often arrive in midlife—and touch every part of how you live, love, and see yourself.

With over 16 years of clinical experience, I offer an integrative approach that combines natural medicine, nutrition, herbal support, and psychosexual therapy. I work with women experiencing the effects of perimenopause and menopause, including hormonal imbalance, fatigue, low libido, sleep issues, mood changes, digestive discomfort, and vaginal health concerns.

Midlife can be confronting—and sometimes lonely. I want you to know you’re not alone. My care goes beyond treating symptoms. It’s about helping you understand what’s happening in your body, feel confident in your choices, and reconnect with your vitality, pleasure, and the woman you’re becoming.
